Trusted by Leading Brands, Built for Yours
We produce custom skateboards that meet the high standards of professional riders and brands alike. Our decks are made to the same quality as those used by top skaters, ensuring durability, performance, and a pro-level finish.
Each deck is made from 100 percent Canadian maple, pressed to industry standards, and hand finished with care. We use premium materials for printing, ensuring a sharp and long-lasting design that performs well both on the street and as a display piece.
Whether you are creating merchandise, promotional items, or in-store displays, you can trust our craftsmanship and attention to detail to deliver a custom skateboard that reflects your brand’s quality and vision.
Our Custom Skateboard Printing Process
Here’s how it works, step by step:
Printing Techniques
Screen Printed Custom Skateboards
We use custom built screen printing presses that we designed and engineered ourselves to print directly onto skateboard decks. This allows us to apply artwork from truck to truck or nose to tail, creating bold full coverage graphics that are ideal for branded displays, retail products or promotional use.
As with all screen printing, there are some limitations to what can be printed, but we work closely with each brand to bring your vision to life and make sure the final result reflects your creative goals.
All screen print jobs are quoted individually based on artwork and quantity. Get in touch to discuss your project and we will guide you through the process.

Printing Techniquies
Heat Transfer Custom Skateboard Graphics
Heat transfer is another method we use to apply artwork to skateboard decks. This technique allows for more intricate and detailed graphics compared to traditional screen printing, making it a great choice for brands that want high resolution visuals or complex colour combinations.
Each colour is printed separately onto a transparent application film using specialist inks. These films are then applied to the deck under heat and pressure at around 200 degrees Celsius, bonding the design directly to the wood.
If your brand project involves photo based artwork, gradients or fine details, heat transfer may be the best option. We are happy to guide you through the right approach based on your design.
