Printing Techniques
Screen Printed Custom Skateboards
We use custom built screen printing presses to print directly onto skateboard decks, allowing for full coverage artwork from truck to truck or nose to tail. This gives your custom skateboards a sharp, professional finish that makes them perfect for high quality corporate gifting.
Screen printing works best with clean, bold designs. While there are some technical limitations, we work closely with every client to ensure your boards match your brand and leave a lasting impression.
Each order is quoted based on your artwork and quantity. Whether you are creating a small run of client gifts or something for a special occasion, we will help you get it right from the start.
Printing Techniquies
Heat Transfer Custom Skateboard Graphics
Heat transfer is another method we use to apply artwork to custom skateboard decks. This technique allows for high-quality, detailed graphics, making it an excellent choice for corporate gifting where a clean, polished finish is essential.
Each colour is printed separately onto a transparent application film using specialist inks. These films are then applied to the deck under heat and pressure at around 200 degrees Celsius, bonding the design directly to the wood.
If your corporate gifting project involves intricate logos, photo-based designs, or gradients, heat transfer may be the best option. We’re here to help you choose the right method to ensure your branded decks are memorable and professional.

What type of wood do you use for the decks?We use Clutch wood, made from 7 ply Canadian maple. Clutch Distribution. Clutch is a top-quality woodshop, supplying boards to Alltimers, Free Dome, Flip, Toy Machine, Pizza, Plan B, and many other world-renowned skateboard brands.
