Our Custom Skateboard Printing Process
Here’s how it works, step by step:
Printing Techniques
Screen Printed Custom Skateboards
We use custom built screen printing presses to print directly onto skateboard decks, allowing full coverage artwork from truck to truck or nose to tail. This makes it easy to create bold custom skateboards that stand out as wall decor, promotional items or branded features in your venue.
Screen printing works best with simple, high contrast designs. While there are some limitations, we work closely with every client to make sure the final result fits your space and reflects your brand.
Each screen print job is quoted based on artwork and order size. Send us your ideas and we will help you create a deck that looks right at home in your cafe, brewery or bar.

Printing Techniquies
Heat Transfer Custom Skateboard Graphics
Heat transfer is another method we use to apply artwork to custom skateboard decks. This technique allows for detailed, high-quality graphics, making it a great choice for cafes, breweries, and bars looking to create custom pieces with vibrant colours or complex designs.
Each colour is printed separately onto a transparent application film using specialist inks. These films are then applied to the deck under heat and pressure at around 200 degrees Celsius, bonding the design directly to the wood.
If your project involves intricate logos, gradients, or photo-based artwork, heat transfer may be the ideal choice. We’re here to guide you through the best approach to bring your designs to life.

E Pellicci
Brinkworth Collab Decks
We screen printed a family of five custom skateboards for East London institution Pellicci, founded in 1900 and still proudly family run. Each deck features a monochrome portrait of a family member.

Camp Rubicon
UV Printed Skateboard Decks
We printed these pirate-themed boards for the kids enrolled in the Rubicon Skate Camp. For these, we used UV DTF (Direct-To-Film) transfer; a digital printing technique used to transfer designs using UV-curable ink.

Pitt Street
Skatepark Shop Decks
We printed these custom skateboards for Pitt Street Skatepark using limited CMYK transfers. The decks were set up as completes for the kids to ride at the indoor park during winter sessions in Portsmouth.
