Our Custom Skateboard Printing Process
Here’s how it works, step by step:
Printing Techniques
Screen Printed Custom Skateboards
We use custom built screen printing presses to apply artwork directly onto skateboard decks, allowing for clean, full coverage designs from truck to truck or nose to tail. This method produces custom skateboards with a bold, tactile finish that works beautifully in interior spaces.
Screen printing is ideal for clear linework, solid colours and high contrast designs. While there are some creative limits, we will work closely with you to ensure the final board fits your visual concept and is ready to display.
Each project is priced based on your design and order size. Whether it is a one off piece or part of a larger fitout, we can help you bring your interior vision to life.

Printing Techniquies
Heat Transfer Custom Skateboard Graphics
Heat transfer is another method we use to apply artwork to custom skateboard decks. This technique allows for intricate and vibrant graphics, making it a great choice for interior design projects where high-quality, detailed visuals are essential.
Each colour is printed separately onto a transparent application film using specialist inks. These films are then applied to the deck under heat and pressure at around 200 degrees Celsius, bonding the design directly to the wood.
If your design involves photo-based artwork, gradients, or fine details, heat transfer may be the best option. We’re here to guide you through the process and help bring your artistic vision to life with precision and lasting quality.
