Printing Techniques
Screen Printed Custom Skateboards
We use custom built screen printing presses to print directly onto skateboard decks, allowing us to apply artwork from truck to truck or nose to tail. This method delivers bold, full coverage graphics that are perfect for custom skateboards used in fashion drops, brand collaborations or retail merch.
Screen printing works best with strong artwork and limited colours, and while there are some creative limits, we work closely with every brand to make sure the final result stays true to your visual style.

Printing Techniquies
Heat Transfer Custom Skateboard Graphics
Heat transfer is another method we use to apply artwork to custom skateboard decks. This technique allows for intricate, high-resolution graphics, making it a great choice for clothing and streetwear brands that want to showcase detailed designs or complex colour combinations.
Each colour is printed separately onto a transparent application film using specialist inks. These films are then applied to the deck under heat and pressure at around 200 degrees Celsius, bonding the design directly to the wood.
If your brand’s project involves photo-based artwork, gradients, or fine details, heat transfer may be the best choice. We’re here to help guide you through the process and ensure your design is printed to the highest standard.

What type of wood do you use for the decks?We use Clutch wood, made from 7 ply Canadian maple. Clutch Distribution. Clutch is a top-quality woodshop, supplying boards to Alltimers, Free Dome, Flip, Toy Machine, Pizza, Plan B, and many other world-renowned skateboard brands.
